The second adopted child of Terry and Karen Mitchell, Chris is the older brother of Angel in the Alternate Universe series Angel World. He is skilled in hacking, and he never leaves any programmable electronic or online site the way it was intended to be. He works for the NSA to protect Angel from further harm coming to her, since Angel is the last of an endangered species - human avian hybrid.
